Copyright and Takedown Policy

MSBTE Diploma Notes publishes study material for diploma students. We respect the rights of authors, publishers and examination boards, and we remove material promptly when a rights holder asks us to. You do not need a lawyer and there is no form to buy — an email is enough.

Our position

  • Notes, explanations and reports written for this site are our own work.
  • Syllabus documents and examination papers issued publicly by the board are reproduced for student reference only.
  • We do not knowingly publish complete commercial textbooks or other material we have no right to distribute. If something of that kind has been posted, tell us and it will be removed.

How to request removal

Send an email to diplomahelp1011@gmail.com with the subject line Copyright removal request, including:

  1. A description of the work you say is infringed — the title, edition and publisher where it is a book.
  2. The exact URL or URLs on this site where it appears. A screenshot helps but is not required.
  3. Your name, your organisation if you are acting for one, and an address and email where we can reach you.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a request within 72 hours and to remove or disable access to the material at the same time, while we look into it. We do not require you to prove your claim before we take the material down — removal comes first, discussion afterwards.

If material of yours is removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address and explain why, and we will restore it if we agree.

Repeat infringement

Where a contributor repeatedly supplies material that is not theirs to share, we stop accepting material from them.

For students

If you send us material to publish, please only send work you wrote yourself, or documents your college or the board has issued publicly. Do not send scans of textbooks. It puts the site at risk and it is not fair to the people who wrote them.
